Appealing a Bonsai account termination
If your Bonsai subscription was purchased directly via Bonsai, you may file an appeal by reaching out to us at operations@hellobonsai.com.
Appealing a Bonsai and Zoom account termination
If your Bonsai subscription was purchased through Zoom, both your Bonsai and Zoom accounts have been terminated, and you are no longer able to access your Zoom account, you may file an appeal via Zoom’s form.

Can Bonsai help me with my Zoom account? No. Bonsai is unable to assist with Zoom account-related questions or appeals. Please contact Zoom directly for any issues relating to your Zoom account.
My appeal was rejected. What are my options? We carefully review all appeals; however, we are not always able to reverse a termination decision. If your appeal has been rejected, the termination will stand. We appreciate your understanding.
