Most common problems with setting up your payments/payouts:
Incomplete account information (missing address, missing tax ID or other details)
Mismatched ID verification (name on ID does not match the account name)
Missing confirmation of legal terms (TOS have not been accepted, legal ownership or representation of business has not been confirmed)
To ensure you have done all the required steps, go to your Payout settings page
Then click the link that says "Update Account Info", which will take you back to the account setup flow. Depending on where you are in the setup process, this could say also say "Verify Account".
Once you confirm your account details, give it some time to verify your information. Then, try to add your payout account again. If this does not work, please contact our support team so we can help investigate what might be the issue.
