If your Bonsai subscription was purchased through Zoom, all subscription management is handled from your Zoom account.


This includes:

  • Viewing your subscription details

Managing your Bonsai subscription through Zoom

To cancel a Bonsai subscription purchased through Zoom:

  1. Navigate to your Plan & Billing tab under your settings

  2. Click on "Zoom billing portal" link to access your subscription details within your Zoom account
