To gain access to your agency's workspace, begin by accepting the invitation sent to you via email. If you are currently utilizing a Bonsai account or are affiliated with multiple companies, you can effortlessly navigate between various company accounts using the toggle located within the company switcher in the right-hand menu.

Tracking your time

Bonsai streamlines the process of time tracking for your projects. Time can be tracked from multiple locations within Bonsai.

From the dashboard interface, initiating an active timer is effortless. This feature allows you to seamlessly associate the tracked time with a designated project or task, facilitating comprehensive record-keeping and annotation within a unified interface.

Via the Time Tracking tab located on the left-hand side of your dashboard, you can manually input time entries. Furthermore, within individual tasks, you have the flexibility to either activate a timer or input time entries manually, ensuring precision and adaptability in your time management practices.

Additionally, you can efficiently monitor and record your time usage by utilizing the timesheets feature. This functionality enables you to precisely allocate the time you've dedicated to a particular project, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.

Tasks

Within Bonsai, tasks assigned to projects are conveniently accessible through the Tasks tab. This feature facilitates streamlined monitoring of task progress associated with the project you're currently engaged in.

Effortless collaboration with your team is facilitated by consolidating all activity and communication within the task interface. This integrated approach ensures clarity and cohesion in project management.

Moreover, you have the capability to track time dedicated to specific tasks, update task statuses, and perform various other actions.
