Personalizing the emails that get sent with your individual invoices, proposals and contracts is easy to do in just a few steps! This is best suited for customizations that you'd like to add on the go.

Invoices
To update the email content associated with an individual invoice you'd like to send:
Navigate to Financial Management > Invoices
Select the invoice you're going to personalize and send
Once it's ready to send, select 'Send Now':
When you do so, a 'Send Invoice' modal appears. Here you can customize the subject line and body text of the email that will send your invoice to your client:
If you'd like to see how this will appear for a client before sending, select the 'Show Email Preview' button to preview your updated email content.
Once you're ready, select 'Send Invoice'.
Proposals
To update the email content associated with an individual proposal you'd like to send:
Navigate to Client Management > Proposals
Select the proposal you're going to personalize and send
Once it's ready to send, select 'Send Proposal'
Here you'll be prompted with a similar 'Send Proposal' modal:
Here you can customize the subject line and body text of your email for this unique proposal.
When you're ready, select 'Send Proposal'.
Contracts
To update the email content associated with an individual contract you'd like to send:
Navigate to Client Management > Contracts
Select the contract that you're going to personalize and send
Once it's ready to send, select 'Send Contract'
Here you'll be prompted with a similar 'Send Contract' modal:
Here you can customize the subject line and body text of your email for this unique contract.
When you're ready, select 'Send Contract'.
