Access and use form templates

Save your time by using our templates to create your forms.

Form templates provide a quick starting point for building structured forms. They help reduce setup time and offer ready-made layouts for common workflows such as onboarding, feedback collection, and lead capture.

You can browse and select templates when creating a new form. To access form templates:

  1. Open the left sidebar > More > CRM

  2. Click Forms

  3. Select New Form

  4. Choose to create a form from scratch or select from a library of pre-built templates.

The template library includes a wide range of ready-to-use options designed for common use cases. Examples include:

  • Client onboarding forms

  • Satisfaction surveys

  • Contact and lead capture forms

Each template includes pre-filled questions and structure, which you can modify as needed.

Customize a form template

Adjust branding and styling

Templates can be tailored to match your brand’s look and feel. You can customize:

  • Logo

  • Fonts

  • Background colors

  • Button styles and alignment

Edit template content

All questions and fields within a template can be edited. To edit template content:

  1. Open the Content tab in the form builder

  2. Add, remove, or modify questions

  3. Reorder sections as needed

Templates are fully editable starting points:

  • You can modify all questions and fields

  • You can change structure and layout

  • You can reuse templates across different workflows
