How to reorder line items on proposals
To get started, head over to your Proposals page under Client Management > Proposals within the navigation bar.
Create a new proposal using the steps outlined in our article titled All about Proposals, or select your existing proposal.
To reorder your line items, simply hover over the entry and use the icon with three lines to drag and drop.
Once the proposal has been edited to your liking, use the 'Send Proposal' button to send the proposal to your client.
How to edit a proposal after it has been sent
If you need to order line items or any other part of a proposal before it has been signed, use the additional option on the top right of the proposal and click 'Edit':
Use the steps in the last section of this article to drag and drop line items to your desired order. Any other edits can be made at this point as well. Once done, click on the 'Done Editing' button to save your changes.
Any changes that have been made will automatically update the finalized proposal you've sent to your client.
