Exploring Bonsai's available currencies
You can find our full list of available currencies within your company settings.
To access this page, click on your profile icon in the bottom lefthand corner > select 'Settings' and then select the 'Company' tab. From here, scroll down to the Currency section to access the dropdown of all available currency options.
To make any changes to your company's currency setting, select your desired currency and click on 'Save changes'.
Here's a sample of some of the currencies we support.
AED- United Arab Emirates Dirham
AMD- Armenian Dram
SAR- Saudi Riyal
BOB- Bolivian Boliviano
DZD- Algerian Dinar
EGP- Egyptian Pound
LBP- Lebanese Pound
MAD- Moroccan Dirham
MRO- Mauritanian Ouguiya
PAB- Panamanian Balboa
PEN- Peruvian Nuevo Sol
QAR- Qatari Riyal
Please note that payments are provided by third-party services which have different geographic availabilities. For updated information on the supported currencies with each platform, take a look at the resources from Stripe and PayPal.
When a client payment is made in a currency that is different from the invoice's currency, foreign exchange fees are applicable. You can learn more about the Foreign Exchange fees incurred on your invoices in our article on Foreign exchange (FX) fees and how they are calculated.
If you'd like to get paid outside of Bonsai, you can also do so by adding payment instructions to your invoice. To learn about this process, take a look at Adding custom/offline payment instructions to invoices.
