In the event you've set up Bonsai Payments and you'd like to change where your money is deposited once you're paid, you can change your payout destination in a few simple steps.
Accessing payout settings
Steps:
Navigate to Payments.
Click the three dots in the top-right corner.
Select Manage Payouts.
Adding a new payout account
Steps:
Within Manage Payouts, click 'Add Payout Account'.
Enter the new bank account or debit card information.
Confirm and save the account.
Important currency note:
Ensure the account matches the currency of the country selected during Bonsai account creation.
Using a different currency may incur Foreign Exchange fees by our payment processing provider.
