Bonsai provides centralized access to all core workflows from a single interface. The sidebar, top navigation, and settings menus are structured to help you move efficiently between features, manage your workspace, and customize your environment.
Access core features
All primary features are located in the left-hand sidebar.
At the top of the sidebar, you’ll find quick access to:
Home
Notifications
Clients
Contacts
Workspace switcher
Select More to expand and view additional core features.

For faster navigation, you can customize the sidebar:
Pin frequently used tools
Drag and drop items
Reorder features to match your workflow
This allows you to structure the interface around how your team works.
Use reports, automations, and support tools
At the bottom of the sidebar, you’ll find:

Direct access to Support
Find items quickly with search
Use the search bar to instantly locate specific items, including projects, clients, tasks, and documents.
Search allows you to navigate directly to what you need without switching between sections.
Manage company and Subscription settings
Company-level controls are available from the top-left corner of your workspace.
From this menu, you can:
Update company information
Switch between companies (if you manage multiple)
Manage your subscription
Invite team members
Customize personal settings and appearance
Personal settings are located in the top-right corner of your workspace. From this menu, you can:
Update your profile settings
Adjust display mode
Change sidebar color preferences
