When will my Bonsai card be renewed?

Your Bonsai card is set for automatic renewal on the first day of its expiration month. For example, if your card shows an expiration date of May 2024, we will renew it on May 1st, 2024.

How will I know when it's time to renew my physical Bonsai card?

One month before your card's renewal, we'll send you a notification via email and a banner on your dashboard to confirm or update your shipping address. This ensures your new card arrives at the right place.

What if I don’t confirm my shipping address?

If you don’t confirm your new address, don’t worry! We’ll send your new card to the most recent address we have on file.

Will I receive reminders for card renewal?

Yes, we'll send you reminders 30 days, 15 days, and 1 day before your card's renewal date to ensure you're informed at every step.

When will my new physical card be sent?

Your new physical card will be shipped on the renewal day itself. We aim to ensure a seamless transition so you can continue using your Bonsai card without interruption.

How will the expiration of my current card be communicated?

We're all about keeping you in the loop. Expect an email from us 30 days, 15 days, and 1 day before your card’s renewal date, giving you all the details you need about the expiration and renewal of your current card.

When will the new card appear in my dashboard?

The new card will replace the existing one in your dashboard UI on the renewal day. The existing card will remain active for a full month after that but will not be displayed in the UI.
