We understand that some users businesses ebbs and flows, so a Bonsai subscription may not need to always be active.
You can pause or cancel your Bonsai subscription at any time without penalty.
Even after cancelling, you will still be able to:
Log in to your account
View existing projects
Access client details and documents
This ensures you never lose access to your historical work.
How to Pause or Cancel your subscription
To manage your subscription:
Click your profile icon (top-left corner)
Go to Subscription page
Select “Cancel your subscription”
Confirm your choice through the prompts
After confirming, you will be given two options:
Pause subscription
Cancel subscription
Pause vs Cancel
Pause Subscription
Best if you plan to return later.
Pause for 1, 2, or 3 months
Subscription automatically resumes after the selected period
No charges during the pause period
Cancel Subscription
Best if you want to stop using Bonsai entirely.
Subscription is terminated
You will not be charged again
If cancelled within 24 hours of billing, you may be eligible for a refund of the latest charge
