Add a custom question field to event types for clients to complete when booking.

When creating or editing an event type in your Scheduling, you can add your own custom question field for new bookings in a few simple steps. This allows you to show a custom question for people to fill out when they are scheduling a new booking with your company.

How to add a custom question

To get started, select the Scheduling page within the navigation bar. From here, choose the advanced settings for an event type and enable the toggle for 'Additional Question'. Simply click to edit the question itself:

The gear icon can also be selected to set it as a required field for your bookings as well:

Once you've added your custom field, it will be shown right below the 'Name' and 'Email' fields that are part of confirming a booking. The field will be required to complete the booking if it was set up as a required question.
