Configuring event types with different durations
By default, each Bonsai account has a single event type for scheduling client meetings, calls, and other appointments. The standard duration for this default event type is 30 minutes.
To change this duration, start by accessing the Scheduling page within the navigation bar. Then, click on your event type's additional option and select 'Edit Event Type':
Here, you will see the option to edit your event that clients can book. You can edit the duration of the event as well as other important details. To change the duration of a meeting, scroll down to the 'Duration' field on the Details tab and type in your desired length:
After your updates are completed, remember to click on 'Save Changes'.
Alternatively, you can create additional event types with durations such as 45 minutes or 90 minutes and use separate booking pages for each.
