To enhance account security, two-factor authentication is required for all Bonsai accounts. A 6-digit code is necessary when logging into your account and when accessing key features, such as updating account settings, and more, to help keep your account secure.

Managing your two-factor authentication settings
Since two-factor authentication is required for all accounts, there is only one way to update this information yourself: by following the available options within the account settings. These options ensure that your account remains secure while you make any necessary updates.
To update your two-factor authentication settings, please navigate to the 'Security' tab of your account 'Settings'. Once there, you can choose between email and SMS verification:
