How to download a subscription payment receipt

Follow these steps to access a PDF copy of your subscription payment receipt.

You can download receipts for your Bonsai subscription directly from your account. Receipts are available for:

  • Monthly subscription payments

  • Annual subscription payments

  • Past billing cycles (as long as available in your account history)

How to find and download a receipt

To download a payment receipt:

  1. Click your profile icon in the Bonsai dashboard

  2. Go to your Subscription page

  3. Locate the “Subscription Receipts” section

  4. Browse the list of available receipts

  5. Click the receipt you want to download

  6. Select “Download as PDF”

What the receipt contains

Each downloaded receipt typically includes:

  • Payment amount

  • Billing date

  • Subscription plan details

  • Payment status

  • Invoice or receipt reference
