You can download receipts for your Bonsai subscription directly from your account. Receipts are available for:
Monthly subscription payments
Annual subscription payments
Past billing cycles (as long as available in your account history)
How to find and download a receipt
To download a payment receipt:
Click your profile icon in the Bonsai dashboard
Go to your Subscription page
Locate the “Subscription Receipts” section
Browse the list of available receipts
Click the receipt you want to download
Select “Download as PDF”
The file will be saved to your device.
What the Receipt Contains
Each downloaded receipt typically includes:
Payment amount
Billing date
Subscription plan details
Payment status
Invoice or receipt reference
