Changing your subscription plan
If you have already subscribed to a plan and want to downgrade or upgrade, you can do so in a few simple steps.
Get started by clicking on your profile icon and selecting your Subscription settings page. Then, click on the upgrade/downgrade button under your desired plan:
Updating your add-on options
On your Subscription settings page, scroll down to view your add-on options. To start a free 7-day trial for Bonsai Tax or to add it to your subscription, click on the provided button and follow the prompts.
To invite a team member to your Bonsai account, hit the 'Invite Member' button.
Billing considerations
When you update your subscription during your billing cycle, our system will automatically calculate the price difference between your current plan and the new one.
Your payment method will be charged accordingly. Moving forward, you can expect your charges to reflect the new subscription plan.
