The Limited plan is a free, restricted-access version of Bonsai. This plan is view-only for core business operations
You are moved to this plan when:
You cancel a paid subscription
Your subscription is downgraded to a free tier
It allows you to keep access to your account, but with reduced functionality.
What you cannot do on the Limited plan
On the Limited plan, you cannot:
Create or send new invoices
Create or send new client documents (e.g., proposals or contracts)
Access forms and form responses
We recommend downloading any forms and form responses before cancelling your subscription to ensure you retain a copy of your data for future reference.
What you can still do
Projects: Create and Manage Projects, including creation of tasks and time tracking.
Viewing all existing documents (Proposals, Contracts, Invoices)
Add expenses and income from the Overview page
Viewing the Services & Forms Library.
Managing Client records and new leads
Edit account settings including exporting/importing account data and managing integrations.
