How to change your personal or business information

How to change things like your email, password, business name, address, and default currency.

You can update your personal profile details and business (company) information at any time from your account settings. This includes changes to your email, password, company name, address, and default currency.

Update Personal information

Steps to update Personal profile

  1. Select your profile icon in the top-right corner.

  2. Click My Account

  3. Open the Profile Settings section.

  4. Update any of the following fields:

    • First name

    • Last name

    • Email address

    • Title

    • Profile image

  5. Click Save Changes.

Your personal profile updates will apply immediately to your account moving forward.

Update Business (Company) information

Steps to update Company settings

  1. Select your Company profile picture on the top left-hand side

  2. Update any of the following fields:

    • Company name

    • Company contact information

    • Public profile settings

    • Profile URL

    • Company address

    • Default currency

    • Timezone

    • Project numbering preferences

  3. Click Save Changes.

Your updated company settings will apply to future documents and workflows.

Important notes

  • Changes are not retroactive: Updates to company or personal information will not affect existing documents such as proposals, contracts, or invoices.

  • Only newly created documents will reflect the updated information.

  • Ensure accuracy when updating currency and timezone, as these may impact reporting and financial workflows.
