How to bulk edit your expenses

Discover how expenses can be deleted or edited in bulk.

You may need to edit your expenses in bulk, either to delete them all at once or to update the associated expense category. To do this, navigate to the Expenses page and click on 'Edit Multiple' as shown below:


Additionally, you can hover over the expense to reveal the checkbox shown here:

You can also use the expense search feature and filtering options if you're looking to bulk edit a specific group of expenses based on a keyword:

Note: You will not be able to delete or modify expenses that have already been billed to your client on an invoice. If you need to delete these expenses, you must first delete the associated invoice.
