This allows you to create task lists to group tasks in your project. Ensuring clear and organized tasks across the project.

How to view projects in different layouts

You can switch between multiple views depending on how you want to manage projects.

Board view

  • Organizes projects by status or stage

  • Useful for workflow tracking

List view

  • Displays all projects in a table format

  • Allows customization of visible columns

Gantt view

  • Shows projects on a timeline based on start and end dates

Additionally, the gantt view provides a visual overview of project timelines and budget usage.

  • Each project includes a progress bar

  • The progress bar reflects budget usage percentage

Example:

  • A project at 34% budget usage will show 34% filled in the progress bar
