The Activity Report shows how tracked time is distributed across projects, tasks, members, and teams within a selected time range.
It helps you understand:
How much time is being worked
What work is billable vs non-billable
What has been invoiced vs remains unbilled
How work is distributed across your organization
Each report is based only on tracked time entries within the selected filters and date range.

The report only includes tracked time entries
Billing calculations depend on project and task billing configuration
If billing rules change, report outputs may change for the same time period
Data is always calculated based on the selected filters and date range
Report structure
The Activity Report is composed of three main data views:
1. Total Time Overview
This section shows the total amount of tracked time within the selected period.
It includes:
Total hours tracked across all projects and tasks
Breakdown of billable vs non-billable time
Classification based on billing rules applied at:
Project level
Task level
This view answers:
👉 “How much time was worked, and how much is billable?”
2. Total billable
This section focuses on financial impact of tracked time. It includes:
Total billable value of time tracked
Amount already invoiced (billed)
Amount that remains unbilled
This view answers:
👉 “How much revenue has been captured vs still pending invoicing?”
3. Breakdown by Work Dimensions
Time is broken down across multiple organizational dimensions:

This helps you understand:
