Easily manage and customize your deal pipeline to track all your deal records.

With the Deals feature, you can create a customizable pipeline with editable stages. Use the kanban view to easily drag and reorder deals as they progress. You can also track all details, including notes, team member assignments, and project updates.

Getting started with deals

To access our Deals feature, navigate to Client Management > Deals.

When you first get started with Deals, you'll be asked to set up your pipeline. Here you can define your Pipeline Stages, Win Probability and outcomes (e.g. won, lost):

Once you have set this up, you will see the Deals kanban view:

Create a new deal

To create a new deal, select "New Deal" in the top righthand corner:

Next, you can enter your Deal Title, Client, assign the Pipeline Stage, add the Value and assign the Owner of the deal to yourself or a team member:

Review your deals

Once you've created a deal, you can click into the deal to review additional details:

Within deal, you have the options to:

  • Add "Notes"

  • Review or edit the "Value" of the deal

  • Review or edit the "Win Probability"

  • Add, review or edit the "Close Date"

  • Review the team member who is the "Owner" of the deal

  • Review the client contact

  • Add tags

Connect your deal to a project

With that, by navigating to the "Projects" tab within the deal, you can connect the deal to a project with your client to ensure all information is connected:

By selecting the plus sign "+" you can create a new project to attach the deal to, or you can connect this to an existing project:

If at any point you add a project to a deal that you'd like to remove, you can simply select the 3 dots (...) to the right-hand side of the project and select "Remove Project":

Move your deals through the pipeline

Once you've created multiple deals, you can easily drag and reorder deals as they move through the pipeline:
