Tipping is a great way for your client to show their appreciation and give you a little extra love.
Note: This option is only available for card payments using Stripe and Bonsai Payments.
Adding tipping to your invoices
Letting your clients add a tip after paying your invoice can be configured with just a few clicks.
To do so:
Navigate to the Invoices page
Select the 'Settings' tab
On this page, scroll down to select the checkbox that states 'Allow tipping after invoice is paid'.
That's it! Once these steps have been completed, your clients will now be able to provide you with a tip for your hard work.
Tipping options that appear on invoices
After an invoice is fully paid, your client will then see an option to add a percentage-based tip. The options that display are 1%, 2%, 5% and 10%. At this time, custom tipping is not available.
