Removing Late Fee From Existing Invoices

For an existing invoice template, you must edit the invoice itself to remove a late fee. Simply change the value to zero ("0") in the late fee input and save your invoice.

Once your invoice is sent to your client, the late fee section will be hidden if you've set the value to zero (no late fee).

Removing Late Fee For Future Invoices

To make sure you do not charge your clients a late fee in the future, simply:

  • Navigate to Invoicing Defaults

  • Enter 0 in the Default Late Fee (%) field

  • Click Update Settings

Please note that the late fee input will still appear when editing an invoice, but it will be 0% by default so it will not affect the amount that your client is charged.
