How to customize your profile page and URL

Follow these steps to update your profile’s URL and personalize your company's page.

On Bonsai, you can create a custom profile page to share with clients via URL. This page showcases your business, specialties, portfolio, and relevant links, along with a dedicated contact page that includes access to your client portal.

In this article, you’ll discover how to update your profile’s URL and modify your profile page.

Updating your profile’s URL

Within the navigation bar, select the profile icon and click on the 'Settings' option:

Select the Company tab in the left-hand panel to access the Company Settings page:

Under the 'Profile URL' field, enter your desired URL path:

After you've made your changes, choose the 'Save Changes' button to apply them.

How to edit your profile page

To view your custom profile page, click on the 'View Profile' button next to the Profile URL section.

Your company's profile page will look something like this:

Each field can be edited using the selections that appear. Here, you can input information about your role and business, add portfolio items to showcase, add a background and profile picture, include relevant links and indicate your specialties.

Once the page has been configured to your liking, remember to click the 'Save Changes' button.

Select the 'Get in Touch' button on your profile page or the 'Contact Form' option to access the contact page. Clients can use the form on this page to submit an inquiry. Click on 'Edit Page' to make any desired modifications.

Once your edits have been completed, you can see how the page looks for clients by using the 'Preview' option.

How to make your profile page public or private

Within the Company Settings page, navigate to the 'Public Profile' section.

From here, select 'Enabled' to have your profile page made public, or 'Disabled' to make it make it private.

Once you have made your selection, hit the 'Save Changes' button.
