To re-use your proposals, you can either duplicate a past one or save a past one as a template.

Duplicating proposals is a simple process!

Navigate to Proposals > select the 3 dots next to the proposal listed on the page > select 'Duplicate':

From there, you just need to select the project to add it to:

Alternatively, you have the option to duplicate the proposal from within the document itself.

To do so, navigate to Proposals > select the proposal you'd like to duplicate > select the 3 dots in the top righthand corner of the document > select 'Duplicate':

Similarly, once you have done so, you'll see the 'Duplicate Proposal' modal to select the project to add it to.

If you know that you'll want to re-use this proposal multiple times, you'll likely want to save it as a template for easier re-use.

To do so, navigate to Proposals > select the 3 dots next to the proposal in the list > select 'Save As Template':

Alternatively, you can do so from within the proposal itself by selecting the 3 dots in the top righthand corner > selecting 'Save As Template':

Once you've saved it, you'll be able to select it from your available templates the next time you create a proposal.
