How to save a contract template
If you have a contract that you would like to save as a template, head over to Client Management > Contracts within the navigation bar.
From here, access your contract, click on the additional options and select the 'Save As Template' option.
A modal will appear where you can input a template title to identify it in the future. Click on the 'Create Template' button to save your contract template.
To view your new contract template, select the My Templates tab on your Contracts page. Here, you will find a list of your saved contract templates for internal use.
To use the template, create a new contract and select the template from the dropdown menu. For detailed instructions on how to easily create contracts to send to clients, take a look at our article on Creating completely custom contracts.
Contract templates will automatically fill in all past fields with the exception of client information, which is inherited from the project you're using.
Contract templates are fully editable, meaning that you're able to make any desired changes without limitations.
How to make changes to your contract template
To make changes to your contract template, simply navigate to the additional options on the righthand side of the entry. From here, you can edit, rename or delete your template.
Please note that once a contract template has been deleted, it cannot be recovered.
