It's simple to update your payment methods. Just click on "Edit Payment Methods" on the Invoices page, or directly within any invoice you've crafted.

Bonsai Payments

Bonsai Payments is our proprietary platform, designed to give us greater flexibility and control over payment features.

Developed with your needs in mind, it offers several benefits:

  • Instant Access to Funds: With our Instant Payouts feature, receive your money in less than an hour (learn more.)

  • Unified Dashboard: Manage all your payment activities alongside your business operations in one place.

  • Competitive Fees: Enjoy low rates (2.9% + $0.30 for debit/credit cards, 1% for ACH payments). [Learn more]

๐Ÿ‘‰ Note: Bonsai Payments is currently available in the US, Canada, UK, and Australia. Instant Payouts are exclusive to US users.

Prefer Stripe? No problem. Our direct Stripe integration allows you to accept Credit Card and ACH payments, similar to Bonsai Payments, minus the Instant Payout feature. You'll manage this through your own Stripe account.

๐Ÿ‘‰ Note: Available in all countries supported by Stripe, except India.

Integrate PayPal directly into your invoices for a convenient payment option. With PayPal, you can offer diverse payment methods, including PayPal Checkout, credit/debit cards, Pay Later, and Venmo.

This option also uses your personal PayPal account.

PayPal offers a variety of payment methods depending on your account and country, including PayPal Checkout, credit and debit, Pay Later, and Venmo.

Pricing of each option varies both by payment method and based on your country. Want to dive deeper into the fees associated with these payment methods? Check out our detailed fee article for more information.
