How automatic reminders work
Bonsai automatically sends one reminder email 7 days after a document is sent to any recipients who haven’t signed yet.
One reminder per document: No additional automatic follow-ups are sent.
Unsigned recipients only: Recipients who have already signed won’t receive a reminder.
No opt-out setting: Automatic reminders cannot currently be turned off.

Can I change when automatic reminders are sent?
No. Automatic reminders are sent 7 days after a document is sent, and the timing cannot currently be customized.
Can I turn off automatic reminders?
No. There is currently no setting to disable automatic reminders.
Will recipients who have already signed receive a reminder?
No. Only recipients who haven’t signed the document will receive the automatic reminder.
Can I send more than one reminder?
Yes. Although Bonsai sends only one automatic reminder per document, you can send manual reminders whenever needed.
