A guide on our refund policy.

Bonsai offers a 7-day free trial for new users.

  • You are not charged during the trial period

  • You can cancel anytime before the trial ends to avoid charges

  • If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will begin automatically


Refund Policy (14-Day Window)

If you are charged for a subscription, you may request a refund within 14 days.

  • Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the charge date

  • Refunds are issued for both monthly and yearly plans

  • Refunds are granted with no questions asked within the eligibility period

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • More than 14 days have passed since the charge

  • The request falls outside the refund eligibility window

After this period, the subscription remains active for the current billing cycle, but can still be cancelled to avoid future charges.

Manage or Cancel Subscription

If you do not qualify for a refund or want to stop future billing, you can manage your subscription at any time. To cancel:

  • Go to Settings

  • Open the Subscriptions tab

  • Follow the cancellation steps
