Keep all project-related files and materials organized in one place. Within the Documents and links section, you can create new documents directly from your project, including:

Project Activity
Use the Project activity area to keep communication and updates centralized. From here, you can:
Send emails directly from the project.
Forward existing emails to automatically add them to the project activity log.
Add project comments to capture notes or updates for internal reference.
When using the project’s forward email address (found at the bottom of the Project activity section), any forwarded messages will appear in your project feed for easy tracking:

Task management
Organize work efficiently with customizable task lists, assignments, and dependencies.
Use filters and views to manage workloads, deadlines, and progress for each team member.
Project messaging
Easily communicate with your clients directly from the project. You can send messages to keep them updated or discuss details without leaving the workspace.
Clients will also receive an email notification whenever a new message is sent, ensuring they never miss an update.
Time and Expense tracking
Track time directly within each project to link work with billable hours and expenses.
This ensures accurate invoicing and helps maintain budget control.
Insights
The Insights tab offers a comprehensive view of your project's financial health and overall status. Here, you can track budget evolution, monitor profitability, and assess team performance.
