Granting and revoking Support team's access to your account data

Support Access to Your Account

To help provide you with the best possible support, our team may request temporary access to your account data, only after you reach out to us for assistance. This access is within your control, and it allows us to troubleshoot and resolve your issue with greater context.

How to Grant Support Access

To enable temporary access for our team:

  1. Click your company icon in the bottom left corner of the screen.

  2. Select Settings from the menu.

  3. In the Settings tab, click Security.

  4. Scroll to the bottom of the page to find the Support Access toggle.

Enabling this option allows our team to view your account information to assist with your request.

How to Revoking Support Access

Once enabled, Support access lasts for 14 days unless you manually turn it off sooner through your account settings.

We recommend keeping the toggle enabled while you're actively working with our Support team. This helps avoid delays and ensures we have the context needed to assist you fully. You can turn off access at any time in the same Security section, or simply let it expire automatically after 14 days.
