Problems connecting your Stripe Account to Bonsai

Find out why you are receiving a "we could not connect your Stripe account: your region is not currently supported by Stripe" error.

Stripe supports many regions around the world! You can find the full list here from Stripe's website.

That being said, if you are receiving an error in connecting your Stripe Payments account from your payment settings page, it is likely that Stripe is not supported in your region.

If you in a region that is officially support by Stripe, but you are still having issues with connecting your Bonsai account, it is also possible that your Bonsai Account is connected to the wrong region, and would need to be changed.
