Whether you're using Bonsai Payments to receive payments or prefer to add funds to your account manually, this guide will walk you through the process to ensure your Bonsai business account balance is updated seamlessly.
Receive payments via Bonsai Payments
When you have an active Bonsai business account, you'll receive payments via Bonsai Payments. With that, payments will be automatically be deposited to your Bonsai business account balance.
Manually add funds to your Bonsai business account
To get started with adding funds to your balance, navigate to Financial Management > Banking. Next, select the 'Add Funds' button:
Two options will appear, where you can either transfer money from another bank or connect to an app or platform:

Use your Bonsai business account information to transfer funds from an external bank account. On this screen, you'll be able to access your account and routing numbers to set up the transfer:
Connect to an app or platform
You're also able to transfer funds using multiple apps and platforms. Simply select your preferred platform, and following the instructions provided to set up the transfer.
