Here's why the invoice links expire and what to do when they expire

15th March, 2023:

We implemented a new feature that will generate unique-expiring links when sending an invoice to a client (via email or via URL).


This invoice link will expire:

  1. automatically after 30 days from the due date of the invoice or

  2. after 30 days from invoice creation if the invoice has no due date

What to do when the invoices expire?

Once the link expires, the clients will see an “Expired Document” page and will be able to request a new link to be sent to their email by clicking the "Send new link" button, as shown below.
