Bonsai automatically sends email reminders to clients for:
Outstanding invoices
Expiring proposals
Sent contracts
You can turn off these automatic reminders on a per-project basis to control what your clients receive.
How to access project Settings
From the sidebar, navigate to More > Productivity > Projects.
Select the project for which you want to disable notifications.
Click the three dots (•••) in the top-right corner of the project page.
Choose Settings from the dropdown menu.
How to turn off automatic client reminders
In the Settings page, go to the Details tab.
Locate the option “Send my client auto-reminders for this project”.
Deselect this option to stop automatic emails from being sent to your client for invoices, contracts, or proposals.
