In the event of billing issues with your primary payment method, you can add a backup payment option to avoid any potential impact on your business.
To do this, log in to your Bonsai account, click the profile icon at the bottom left of the screen, and then select 'Subscription':
From here, click on the 'Manage payment methods' option:
After you reach this section, you'll be able to add a new card by clicking on 'Add New Card':
Note: At the moment, only major credit and debit cards can be added as payment options. Other methods, such as PayPal, Venmo, or similar, are not available at this time.
