Ensuring that your client successfully receives your invoice notification is an important day-to-day workflow. Let's take a closer look at how to review the receipt of this action!
To view if your client received the email notification for your invoice:
Navigate to Financial Management > Invoices
Select the specific invoice
Navigate to the 'Activity' section on the righthand side panel of your invoice:
Here you can confirm the following events:
"[Company name] sent invoice to [client email address]"
"Message has been successfully delivered to the user." including the subject line and time and date stamps.
Once you see these in the 'Activity' timeline, rest assured, the invoice notification has been successfully delivered.
