If you are looking to transfer funds from your Bonsai business account to an external bank account, you can connect your external bank account by navigating to the Banking page in your account and clicking on "Transfer Funds":
If your bank doesn't allow you to sign in to authenticate yourself, you will need to do so via micro-deposits.
After entering your routing and account number, Bonsai will send two transfers of between $0.01 and $0.99. These can take 3-5 business days to reach your account.
After these appear in your bank account, visit the Payments page in your account, and select 'add account using micro-deposits':
Note: This feature is only available when utilizing the 'Transfer Funds' tool within your Bonsai business account.
After you receive your Micro-Deposits, you'll be able to navigate to the same area above to enter these deposit codes and verify your account information.
