Learn about non-disclosure agreements and clauses.

Using the non-disclosure agreement template

We offer a standalone contract template called the Non-Disclosure Agreement Template which contains standard terms and clauses. This template is fully editable and can be edited to suit your needs.

To get started with using this template, navigate to Client Management > Contracts within your navigation bar. From here, create a new contract and locate the 'Non-Disclosure Agreement (Unilateral NDA)' template.

To learn more about how to create custom contracts, take a look at our resource on Creating completely custom contracts.

In addition to this, all of our standard work contract templates contain non-disclosure clauses as well.

Adding a non-disclosure clause to contracts

We have also made it easy to include a non-disclosure clause within contracts by offering editable blank custom contracts. With a blank contract, you can essentially add any contract text you'd like.

If you have an NDA or a signed scope of work template on hand, you can add the custom text to a new contract and send it like any other contract on Bonsai.

If you require additional support, get in touch with Bonsai's Support team at support@hellobonsai.com.
