Integration with QuickBooks Online is now available on Bonsai for users on Professional, Business & Workflow Plus plans to automatically and manually sync paid invoices into Quickbooks Online.
Here's how you can set up your QuickBooks Online account to work with Bonsai:
1 - At the Settings page, you will now see the Card for Quickbooks:
2 - On clicking the card you'll see a dialog box with a prompt to connect QBO to Bonsai.
3 - Click on Connect and if you are not on the Professional, Business or Workflow Plus plans, you will be redirected to the Upgrade page.
4 - You will then be redirected to the Intuit Quickbooks page, asking for your log in credentials.
5 - Log in with your credentials and you will be redirected to the Settings page, and see QuickBooks as connected:
6 - Now when you navigate to your Invoices page you will see a Quickbooks icon for every invoice.
Invoices that get paid or are marked as paid are automatically synced to Quickbooks and will show as green on the 'qb' icon.
7 - The icon works as a button to manually sync the invoices that were paid before setting up the connection. Clicking it will trigger the manual sync. Clicking it will sync the data and the icon will turn green.
9 - You will now be able to see your invoices on the Quickbooks Online platform
