If you are looking to add an external bank account, in order to transfer funds stored in your Bonsai Business Bank Account from, then you will need to connect the bank account by navigating to the Banking page and clicking on "Transfer Funds".
If your bank doesn't allow you to sign in to authenticate yourself, you will need to do so via microdeposits.
After entering your routing and account number, Bonsai will send two transfers of between $0.01 and $0.99. These can take 3-5 business days to reach your account.
After these appear in your bank account, visit https://app.hellobonsai.com/settings/payments, and click the green link:
Note: This feature is only available for connecting your bank account utilizing the Bonsai Business Banking Account Transfer tool.
After you receive your Micro-Deposits, you'll be able to navigate to the same area to enter these deposits and verify your account information.
