This notice applies to Bonsai users who have enabled Bonsai Payments on or before September 28th, 2026.
Bonsai Payments uses Stripe as its payment processor. If your Bonsai Payments account was created on or before Sep 28, 2026, Bonsai is required to notify users that Stripe is updating its legal terms.
You can read the Connected Account Agreement, which incorporates the Stripe Services Agreement. The updated terms take effect on January 6, 2027. You don’t need to take any action, but by continuing to use Stripe’s services on or after that date, you agree to the updated terms.
